Utilities Menu
* At times it is necessary to upload a client file to the Technical Support department for review. To do this follow these instructions:
- Check to see that you currently have an active Internet connection.
You may select the upload feature four different ways. The first two can be done by opening the client file you wish to upload to support, the the last two ways can be done from the Client Selection Screen.
- Click the Upload button on the button bar located at the top of the screen (figure 1).

- Click on the Utilities menu and select Upload Client to Support Team (figure 2).

- From the Client Selection Screen, click on the Utilities Menu and select Upload Clients (figure 3). You will want to select the option to upload to TaxWorks Support Team and click Upload (figure 5).

- From the Client Selection Screen, click the Upload button on the button bar (figure 4). You will want to select the option to upload to TaxWorks Support Team and click Upload (figure 5).

You will then be asked if you would like to attach a note. This option will allow you to attach a note describing the issue (figure 6).
Note: It is not necessary to attach a note to an uploaded return if you are speaking with a Technical Support Agent.
