Overview of Printer & Delivery Settings in TaxWorks 2008.
Printer & Delivery Settings is accessible through the Settings menu within TaxWorks (figure 1).

Refer to figure 2 for items a through q.
- You can select the printer you want to use for TaxWorks here.
- If you would like to print all your forms in PDF format check this box (if you are duplex printing you will have to print in PDF format).
- Choose the resolution you would like to use while printing in PDF (you must have PDF printing
enabled to change this).
- This will print out your Custom Letters, Invoices, Depreciation Reports and Slip Sheets seperatly after the return.
- This will print out your Custom Letters, Invoices, Depreciation Reports and Slip Sheets seperatly before the return.
- Check this box to print returns in Duplex mode (this will print on both the front and back of each paper, and is not supported by all printers).
- Checking this box will duplex print worksheets as well.
- If you would like to see the printer properties dialog box before each job begins check this box.
- If you have a different printer for printing labels you may select that printer here.
- This function allows you to adjust the view of the form in TaxWorks.
- If you would like the Advanced Form Delivery screen to close automatically after your task is completed check this box.
- To bold all the data on the return check this box.
- If this box is checked your forms will print out in reverse order.
- If you check this box a password will be required to access all saved returns.
- If you check this box a password will be required to access the email after it is sent.
- If you would like to test the printer to make sure it is functioning correctly simply click this button to print a test form.
- This will take you to the Printers and Faxes within Windows®.
