The Forms menu allows you to access the different forms in the program (figure 1).

Refer to figure 1 above for items a through f.

  1. Federal – When you are inputing the state portion of a client's return, and you want to return to the federal input screens, you can click on the Federal button on the button bar, press the F2 key, or click on the Forms menu and select Federal.

  2. State – When you are entering the federal portion of a client's return, and want to go to the state input, you can click on the button on the button bar, press the F4 key, or click on the Forms menu and select State.

  3. Next State – If the client that you are working on has multiple states to be processed, you can access the next state by pressing Shift+F4, or clicking on the Forms menu and selecting Next State.

  4. Cities – Selecting this will take you to any city forms that are in the return.

  5. Assets – This will take you to the Asset Manager where you can enter your assets.

  6. Form Filler – If you find that you are in need of a form that we do not program, you can find several of these forms in the Form Filler. Please note that the Form Filler does not calculate any amounts entered. You must do all of the calculations manually. You can import the client's general information or enter all of the information from scratch.

  7. Reset Froms In Use – Selecting this option will reset all the forms in the return to the default.
