Refer to figure 1 above for items a through e.

1. Cut – This will cut the highlighted selection.
2. Copy – This will copy the highlighted selection.
3. Paste – This will paste the previously copied or cut selection to wherever the cursor is currently placed.
4. Clear Text – When entering dates, SSNs, or phone numbers, you may override the format. The pre-existing format will be deleted and the new information will be printed exactly as entered.
5. Erase Form – This will completely erase the form that is currently open.
