1. Form Help – Selecting this option will open the program's Form Help. This section offers basic instructions for the tax form you are currently on.
2. Government Instructions - Selecting this option will take you to the Government Instructions for the type of return desired.

3. Program Help – Selecting this option will open the Program Help. This section contains information on the basic operation of the TaxWorks software.

4. Web Site – Selecting this option will make a connection with the TaxWorks web site.

5. Pup History – Selecting this option will display the Pup code history for the account.

6. Alerts – Selecting this option will take you to the Alerts web site where changes and notifications will be posted.

7. TaxWorks Institute - This option is purchased separately from the TaxWorks program and includes a library of court case decisions, as well as the ability to have professionals research your tax questions.

8. Online Training Videos – Selecting this will take you to the online training videos section

9. Online Knowledge Base – Selecting this will take you to the online knowledge base, located at: http://google.taxworks.com

10. Revisions – Selecting this option will take you to the revisions history website.

11. Release Dates – This shows the most recent release dates for certain forms in the TaxWorks program. Alternatively, you can browse to www.taxworks.com and log in with your account information. Click on the Support button and select the Release Dates link on the left-hand side.

12. Reference Manual – Selecting this option will take you to a TaxWorks Early Release Instructions site.

13. 1040 Tutorial Web Site – Selecting this option will take you to the TaxWorks 1040 web site where there are step-by-step instructions for completing a 1040 return.

14. 1065 Tutorial Web Site – Selecting this option will take you to the TaxWorks 1065 web site where there are step-by-step instructions for completing a 1065 return.

15. Test Communications – Selecting this option will open a window that allows you to test your computer's ability to connect with TaxWork's servers. (figure 3).

16. E-mail to Support – Selecting this option will open the e-mail editor and enable you to send an e-mail to TaxWorks Support.

17. Read Me – Selecting this will open the installation instructions.

18. About – Selecting this option will display the program information. This includes the Account Number, Charge Number, and Serial Number (figure 4).
