Printing in PDF format utilizes Adobe Reader to print tax forms. This mode of printing can be used if a printer doesn't support PCL printing or does not have enough memory to store the soft fonts TaxWorks requires to print in PCL mode.

1. Click on the Settings menu and select Printer & Delivery Settings (figure 1).

2. Check the box to Print forms in PDF format (figure 2).
Note: Keep the PDF format on Low Resolution unless directed by Technical Support.

3. Click on Test Print to verify this print mode works.
4. Click OK to save the settings.
