  1. Click on the EF Ctr button from within TaxWorks (figure 1).

  2. You will see the following screen (figure 2). Enter your User Name and Password (if it's the first time logging in it will be your Account Number for the User Name and Charge Number for the Password), then click Log In.

  4. The Overview screen will appear. Click on the Acks button (figure 3).

  6. The current acknowledgments will be listed on this screen. Click on the Transmission Date to view the ack, or tag the box to the left and click View (figure 4).

  8. The Acknowledgement Report will appear (figure 5). You can Print, Save as PDF, or Email the Acknowledgement Report by clicking on the appropriate option in the report window.

  10. Click the Close button to return to the Acks screen (figure 6).

  12. You can print, save, or e-mail Confirmation Letters to your clients from the Acknowledgement screen. First, click on the Confirmations link (figure 6).

  14. Check the client and click View to view the confirmation (figure 7).

  15. This will open a copy of the letter. You can now Print, Save as PDF, or Email this letter (figure 8).
