- Click on the EF Ctr button in TaxWorks (figure 1).

- Logon to the EF Center by typing in your User Name and Password (figure 2).

- The Overview screen will appear. You can either click on the Bank Enrollment Link on the bottom left, or you may click on the Bank button at the top of the screen (figure 3).

- If you click on the Bank button then click on the Enrollment link to access the Bank Enrollment screen (figure 4).

- You will then be taken to the following screen. To enroll with the bank, click Add New Enrollment (figure 5).

- Select Santa Barbara Bank and Trust or Chase from the drop down box and input your EFIN and click Next (figure 6).

- Read the agreement provided by SBBT or Chase, click I Agree to participate in the bank products or Disagree to return to the Bank screen (figure 7).

- Input your firm information on the Enrollment form. When you are finished click on the Submit Enrollment button. If you need to close the enrollment screen before you finish you can Save Enrollment or Exit without Saving (figure 8).

- When you click on Submit Enrollment, the software will validate all the entries you have made. Correct any items that have a red asterisk by them and then click on Submit Enrollment again.
- If the enrollment passes all of the validation checks, a screen will appear indicating that the enrollment was submitted. Click OK (figure 9).

- The EFIN should now be listed on the Bank Enrollment screen and the status will show At Filing Center (figure 10).
Note: As the application is sent to the bank and accepted/rejected the status will change on this screen to reflect that.
