Overview of the Refund Cycle Chart.

  1. To access the EF Center, and thus the Refund Cycle Chart, click on the EF Cntr button in TaxWorks (figure 1).

  2. Login to the EF Center by entering in your User Name and Password (figure 2).

  3. Click on the Refund Cycle Chart link (figure 3).

  4. The Refund Cycle Chart shows the estimated date the Taxpayer should receive the refund based on the date the return was filed (figure 4).
