EF10183 - Bank Enrollment Status
Description:
How to view the status of your bank enrollment.

  1. Open the EF Center by clicking on the EF Ctr button in TaxWorks (figure 1).

  3. Enter your User Name and Password, and click Log In (figure 2).

  5. The EF Center will open to the Overview screen. Click on the Bank Enrollment link at the bottom left or click on the Bank button across the top (figure 3).

    • If you click the Bank button, then select the Enrollment option on the next screen that opens (figure 4).

  7. On the Enrollment screen the Status column will display the status of your bank enrollment form (figure 5). The different status' include:
    • At Filing Center – This means the application is at the filing center waiting to be sent to the bank.
    • Sent To The Bank – This means the application has been sent to the bank.
    • Pending Bank – This means the bank has received the application and is reviewing it for acceptance/rejection.
    • Accepted – This means the application has been accepted by the bank and you are enrolled with them.
    • Incomplete – This means that the application has been started and saved but not submitted.
